Rooms each have its own AC and heater that the tenant can adjust as desired. Electronic keypad locks on entry door and room doors for a keyless experience. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry are shared with other tenants. Fully furnished as shown in pictures, the following are included in the rent: Water, power, Wi-Fi internet, pest control, maid service for common areas every three weeks, cleaning supplies, and trash bags.
