Your share of the rent will be $1,600 (about 42% of the total rent) + approximately $150 to $175 (50% of the utilities and parking) per month. Total Estimated Cost: $1,750 - 1,775 per month. If you do not have furniture, I will loan you a used Queen size bed & mattress, and possibly a chair and ottoman at no cost. If you need additional assistance, let me know there may be something I can do to help. I am a looking for someone 30-70 years old, nonsmoker, non-vapor, and non-420. I have asthma. Also, you need to be able to sign 1 year lease. If you can only stay for only 10 or 11 months, that’s close enough for me. Note I am not home much due to work, during the week and I do not cook much, so I keep the common areas very clean and I expect my roommate to cleanup after themselves as well
