Available September 1st! Looking for four new (preferably queer or femme) respectful roommates to join us in our 6 bed, 2 bath home in the Ravenna/Wedgwood area! We’re a stone’s throw away from UW/University Station/U Village and have great access to public transportation. We have a small front yard, and have easy access to the Burke-Gilman trail and plenty of sidewalks. Current tenants are Shay (myself, 29, queer cis fem, she/her), Jade (25, transfem, she/her), and Jade’s friendly but anxious cat, Simon. More pets are welcome and one of the available rooms has a window bay that would make a great base for a catio! We have a large attic bedroom, one ground-floor bedroom, and two basement bedrooms available for move-in at the end of the month. Rent for the whole house is currently $5890/month with a flat rate of $525/month for utilities. Housemates are 420 friendly but we do not smoke inside the house.
